Few buildings have a more obvious need for accessibility upgrades than government facilities. MMS was called upon to provide an assessment, survey and design for ramped access to the Courthouse from both the sidewalk and adjacent parking lot. Space was at a premium and there was a desire to keep as many parking spots as possible. There was considerable elevation from sidewalk level to entry level, so accurate grading was a significant part of the project.
