Cedar Ridge has grown since opening in 2011 to become an award-winning winery and distillery in east-central Iowa. MMS has been fortunate to work on various projects for owner Jeff Quint as he carries on an old world, family tradition of making wine and several kinds of whiskey.

Cedar Ridge Winery is located in Johnson Count just southeast of the town of Swisher.  The operation has grown quickly over the years, with MMS working with Quint to keep up. That work has involved subdivisions, expansion, site plans, rezoning, surveys, road agreements, wastewater management and helping negotiate the ins and outs of government regulations.

In addition to being a busy manufacturing facility, Cedar Ridge has also become one of the area's most popular entertainment venues and special event destinations. By preserving the character of the existing land while adapting it the needs of viticulture and the production of world-class wines.
